We've made it to Chisinau, but only two of our colleagues are here! Apparently the weather in the northeast that delayed us from Tampa to Philadelphia has grounded the rest of our party until tomorrow. We just got to the hotel, and it is really nice. We're meeting Larisa in the morning to check out the city center, go to the Number One to get supplies, and then meet up with the rest of our group.
Passport Control here was very easy...no questions, nothing! We got our stamps and were on our way. The Chisinau airport is tiny, so we didn't have to wait long for our luggage, either. There was a taxi waiting for us, so everything went very smoothly. Now it's time to get some sleep! Knowing Dr. McLauchlan, we'll be pretty busy!
